Civil Engineering is the backbone of development of the infrastructures in the cities and urban communities. The field coverage has wide spectrum from structural, geotechnical, construction management, integrated water resources management, environmental, and transportations. Civil Engineering stands on the application of mathematics and physics of the system, and focuses on designs for installation and improvement. International Symposium on Infrastructure and Transport in the 16th International Conference on Quality in Research (QiR) provides a platform for engineers, professionals and researches to present and discuss the new findings, new methodology, new technologies and solutions in civil engineering area

The topics in International Symposium on Civil Engineering include, but are not limited to:

  • Transport and logistics,
  • Construction and building materials,
  • Structural and geotechnical engineering,
  • Infrastructure management
  • Environmental conservation,
  • Waste management,
  • Water Sensitive City
  • City logistics
